Finished Econs paper..really FINISHED...

Now the question to myself, can a person fail a diploma be a future banker? My path in my company is either i work 10 - 20 years Class II officer or I promote to analyst level. I seen people who are not young and still working as clerk and class II officer, will I really end up like that? Should I changed my job for other prospect? Sigh, i love my department...sigh...lets see one step, move one step ba...sigh sigh sigh.
